Josh Hall is finding his happy place.
After the real estate agent filed for divorce from Christina Hall, he returned to social media on July 24 to give a glimpse into his next chapter as a single man.
Josh, 44, posted an Instagram Story of himself hiking in the woods, wearing a grey Lululemon T-shirt and black ballcap from Brixton Newport Beach while peering out at the lush forest. He captioned the moment with the praying hands emoji.
Earlier this month, both he and Christina filed to separate after two years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Josh requested spousal support from the Flip or Flop star, while she asked for the court to terminate the ability for either party to get such payments.
Josh is also asking that "all property acquired during marriage, except those acquired by gift or bequest, to be equally divided" between the former couple, including their home in Newport Beach, Calif.
It remains to be seen how the pair will navigate their upcoming HGTV show The Flip Off, also costarring Christina's ex Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa.
However, Tarek noted in an E! News exclusive video that they "didn't get to spend too much time" with Josh on set just yet.
"Interactions were fairly limited on camera," he noted. "There's a lot of really funny scenes though."
Going forward, the El Moussas are hoping for the best for Christina, who shares kids Taylor, 13, and Brayden, 8, with Tarek.
"Life's tough, s--t happens," he shared. "We got one shot at life and we gotta do what's best for us, so whatever she needs, we're here to help."
As he noted, "We have kids...Our families are close and we help each other."

Sparks flew while Christina and Josh started spending time together. The couple recreated their March 2021 date a year later.
While on vacation for Christina's birthday, the two posed for a photo on the beach and made their relationship Instagram official.
Months in, Christina had a message for any haters, noting she'll "turn off comments with Josh and will continue to do so if people are rude." As she later put it, "Do what you love with the ones you love. For me, that's Josh, my kids and a few close friends and co-workers."
Engaged! One day after celebrating Josh's birthday, Christina confirmed the duo's romance was anything but a flop.
The pair celebrated the spooktacular season with a visit to Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights.
Just a few months later, they marked their first Christmas together.
"Building life together and enjoying some alone time," she captioned this sweet pic. "Love you Josh."
The following month, Christina enjoyed the "Best Valentine's weekend with my Valentine."
"Prayed for a man who was all man but still treated me like his queen," Christina wrote on Instagram just a few days before news of her and Josh's marriage broke. "Never give up."
In April 2022, fans learned that Christina and Josh privately tied the knot. They then celebrated their union with a wedding in Hawaii that September.
"Shared vows in front of family and our close friends," Christina wrote on Instagram Sept. 4. "Everything in life has led me to where I am right now, which is exactly where I want to be. My dream man on the dreamiest island. Maui holds a special place in my heart. What an amazing night filled with love."
It would later be revealed that the two actually wed in October 2021.
The real estate agent celebrated the HGTV star's birthday with a sweet tribute.
"Happy 40th Birthday to my absolute stunner of a wife!" he wrote on Instagram. "This woman has accomplished so much, inspired so many and continues to impress me daily. I can’t say enough about what an absolute force she is and what she is capable of. Christina is about to make her 40’s the best decade of her life and looking better than ever while doing it!I’m a lucky man and thank my lucky stars that she chose me to take this ride with her that is now our life. Ride or die baby, love you more than anything."
"Still going strong…" Josh wrote on Instagram alongside photos over the pair from over the past three years. "03/2024 ← 03/2023 ← 03/202← 03/2021."
In July 2024, Josh filed for divorce from Christina, citing "irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split and her listing the same in her own court documents.
